现发布2025年北京大学外国留学生研究生新生系列奖学金申请通知。欢迎符合条件的申请者，根据奖学金要求及个人实际情况，仔细阅读相关办法，在规定时间内按有关要求提交申请。
北京大学留学生奖学金申请采取一次申请，多类别、多批次、多轮奖项评选机制，每位申请者仅需完成一次奖学金申请，无需重复提交。欢迎有意申请奖学金的新生积极申报，后续其他各类别奖项的评审，将自动从此次已申报新生奖学金的学生中择优录取。
参评奖学金项目信息如下：
一、 中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目
（一）申请人资格
1. 符合北京大学招收外国留学生相关申请条件；
2. 已成功提交2025年北京大学外国留学生研究生（硕、博）全日制自费项目入学申请；
3. 未获得中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励金）的资助；
4. 联合培养项目除外。
（二）奖学金内容
免除全额/部分学费；生活费；提供住宿；医疗保险费。
（三）奖学金期限
硕士研究生：2-3年
博士研究生：4-5年
（四）申请办法
1. 完成北京大学在线奖学金申报（即日起至3月6日24点，北京时间）
步骤：登录北京大学国际学生管理服务平台（http://www.studyatpku.com），选择“首页”-“奖学金申请”-“新生奖学金申请”，填写各项信息并提交。
2. 完成国家留学基金委系统申报（即日起至3月14日24点，北京时间）
步骤：登录国家留学基金委系统（http://www.campuschina.org），填写并提交，下载申请表。具体步骤请见附件1：中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统操作流程。
注：（1） 北京大学的机构代码为10001，申请项目种类为B类。
（2） 申请材料请见附件2：中国政府奖学金申请材料清单，其中第6项材料请在3月1号以后（含当天）登录北京大学国际学生管理服务平台（http://www.studyatpku.com）“报名结果查询”页面下载《“高水平研究生项目”证明文件》。第11项和第12项若无法提交，可上传附件中的“体检说明”和“无犯罪记录承诺书”（需本人签字）。
（3） 国家留学基金委系统中只能填报一个专业，同时申请北大多个专业者，请务必确保在国家留学基金委系统上传的申请资料与申请专业一致，奖学金评审将以此为准进行。
（4） 基金委系统操作轨迹不作为录取依据，录取结果以北京大学录取通知书为准。
二、北京大学外国留学生奖学金
（一）申请人资格
1. 符合北京大学招收外国留学生相关申请条件；
2. 已成功提交2025年北京大学外国留学生研究生（硕、博）全日制自费项目入学申请；
3. 未获得其他任何形式奖学金资助；
4.联合培养项目除外。
（二）奖学金内容
免除全额/部分学费；生活费；医疗保险费。
（三）奖学金期限
硕士研究生：2-3年
博士研究生：4年
（四）申请办法

三、留学北京政府奖学金
（一）申请人资格

3. 未获得中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励金）。
（二）奖学金内容

【特别提示】
1.中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目的申请者，须及时在中国国家留学基金委网站（http://www.campuschina.org）上传相关材料、提交申请。未按时完成国家留学基金委申报者，视为放弃获推该项奖学金。
2.每位申请者在北京大学国际学生管理服务平台（http://www.studyatpku.com）上仅需提交一次申请，自动参评三种奖学金，无须重复申请，最终只能获得一项奖学金。
3.申请者须确保所提交申请材料真实有效。如提供任何不实材料，经查实将取消奖学金申请资格；情节严重者，取消当年入学资格。
4.以上奖学金申请材料无需邮寄。学校保留要求申请者提交额外补充材料的权利，所需补充材料未按相关要求提交，或逾期提交，视为放弃申请。
5.奖学金最终评选结果预计在2025年7-8月期间通过电子邮件通知。

2025 Scholarship Applications Are Now Open for
Prospective International Graduate Students of Peking University
This notice is to announce the opening of scholarship applications for Peking University international graduate students in 2025. Eligible applicants are welcome to submit applications within the specified timeline, upon careful study of the pertinent requirements.
At Peking University, applicants need to complete the scholarship application only one time but will be considered for multiple categories of applicable scholarships. New students who are interested in multiple scholarship are encouraged to apply, and the final award will be selected based on the merits of the applicants who have applied as new students.
The scholarship information is as follows:
I. Chinese Government Scholarship for Advanced Graduate Program
1. Eligibility: The applicant
(1) must meet the pertinent admission requirements for international students of Peking University;
(2) has successfully submitted an application for 2025 full-time self-funded graduate programs for international students of Peking University;
(3) has not received any other scholarship from the Chinese government or Peking University (with the exception of one-time non-renewable merit awards;
(4) should not be a candidate in a joint training program.
2. Scope of the Scholarship
Full or partial tuition waiver, living stipend, housing, and medical insurance.
3. Scholarship Duration
Master’s degree: 2 - 3 years
Doctoral degree: 4 - 5 years
4. Application Procedure
(1) Complete the Peking University online scholarship application (open now until Beijing Time at 24:00 on March 6)
Log onto Peking University International Student Service System (http://www.studyatpku.com), select Home - Scholarship Application - Application for Prospective Students, complete and submit.
(2) Complete the application of the China Scholarship Council (open now until Beijing Time at 24:00 on March 14)
Log onto the China Scholarship Council system (http://www.campuschina.org), complete and submit, and save the completed form for a later step. See more in Attachment 1: Instructions for Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (CGSIS).
Note:
(1) The institution code of Peking University is 10001, and the type of application program is Type B.
(2) For application materials, please see Attachment 2: List of Application Materials for Chinese Government Scholarship. Item 6 of the materials (Certificate for CSC Advanced Graduate Program Application) can be downloaded from the Application Status of the Peking University International Student Service System (http://www.studyatpku.com) since March 1. If items 11and 12 are not applicable, please submit as attachment the Foreigner Physical Examination Statement and No Criminal Record Self-Declaration (personal signature required).
(3) The China Scholarship Council system allows only one major; hence if an applicant is applying for multiple majors in the PKU system, please be certain about the selected major in the CSC system for it is based on this selected major that the scholarship award will be evaluated.
(4) Admission result will be indicated by the Admission Letter from Peking University, not any interim processing record one may find in the CSC system.
II. Peking University Scholarship (PKUS)
1. Eligibility: The applicant
(1) must meet the pertinent admission requirements for international students of Peking University;
(2) has successfully submitted an application for 2025 full-time self-funded graduate programs for international students of Peking University;
(3) has not received any other forms of scholarship funding;
(4) should not be a candidate in a joint training program.
2. Scope of the Scholarship
Full or partial tuition waiver, living stipend and medical insurance

Master’s degree: 2-3 years
Doctoral degree: 4 years

Complete Peking University's online scholarship application (open now until Beijing Time 24:00 on March 6)

III. Beijing Government Scholarship (BGS)
1. Eligibility: The applicant
(1) must meet the pertinent admission requirements for international students of Peking University;
(2) has successfully submitted an application for 2025 full-time self-funded graduate programs for international students of Peking University;
(3) has not received any other scholarship from the Chinese government or Peking University (with the exception of one-time non-renewable merit awards).

【Note】
1. Applicants for Chinese Government Scholarship for Advanced Graduate Program must upload relevant materials and submit applications on the website of the China Scholarship Council in a timely manner. Those who fail to complete the application on time will be deemed to have forgone their eligibility for said scholarship.
2. Within the Peking University International Student Service System (http://www.studyatpku.com), each applicant only needs to submit one application and will automatically participate in the evaluation process for the above three scholarships. There is no need to apply for more than one category in the PKU system, and at the end only one scholarship will be awarded.
3. Applicants must ensure that the submitted application materials are truthful and valid. Any false material will lead to disqualification for the scholarship, and in severe circumstances possible revocation of the program admission for the current year.
4. The above scholarship application materials do not need to be mailed. The university reserves the right to require applicants to submit additional and supplementary materials. If the required supplementary materials are not submitted as required, or submitted after the deadline, the application will be deemed abandoned.
5. The final scholarship award decision is expected to be announced by email around July and August of 2025.
