Program Overview 

JD.com continues to extend its reach to the world. To accelerate this effort, since 2007, JD.com has launched the management trainee project "The Eagle Team" - TET (The Eagle Team). As a strategic talent project, it aims to internally cultivate middle and senior management with a deep understanding of Jingdong culture, good business acquaintances and capability to promote the implementation of strategies. JD.com is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious applicants for The Eagle Team (JD’s Management Trainee Program) internationally, to join the company on this exciting journey. This unique talent development program will provide an opportunity for graduates with leadership skills to kick off their careers at one of the world’s fastest-growing companies.

Job Requirements

1- Graduation date from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024 ,bachelor degree or above (major in Economics, Finance, Supply chain and Logistics, Architecture preferred)

2- Willing to work in UK , Netherlands, Singapore and Hong Kong China.

3- Proficiency in at least one of the local languages, fluent in both Chinese and English.

4- Good communication ability and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects, a strong team player
