Dear International Students,

The Spring Semester of 2026 is approaching. We are now opening some vacancies in the Zhongguanyuan Global Village for online reservation by eligible international students of Peking University. The specific arrangements are as follows.

I. Basic Information

1. Eligibility: Full-time international students studying at the Yanyuan Campus (excluding the Health Science Center, Shenzhen Graduate School, Changping New Yanyuan Campus, Daxing Campus, etc.) who have not yet been assigned on-campus accommodation. If you are unsure whether you already have accommodation arrangements, please confirm with your program coordinator or contact us via email.

2. Apartment Location: Outside the East Gate of the main campus of Peking University. For detailed information, please visit the Zhongguanyuan Global Village website: https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/

3. Reservation Website: http://www.studyatpku.com/

After logging in, please follow the dormitory reservation procedures according to the system instructions. Rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until full.

4. Reservation Period (Beijing Time): 9:00, Wednesday, February 4, 2026 — 17:00, Thursday, February 5, 2026.

II. Reservation Procedure

1. Browse Information: View available room types, prices, and real-time vacancy information online.

2. Submit Application: During the system opening period, select a room type according to your personal needs and vacancy availability, and submit your personal information to complete the reservation application.

3. Wait for Review: After submitting your application, please wait for the review. Once approved by the staff, the system status will display as "Confirmed."

4. Pay Deposit: After the status shows "Confirmed," please pay the deposit within 3 working days to complete the final reservation. Failure to pay within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

5. Check in on Time: After successful reservation and payment, you must check in on time. If you fail to check in on time without prior explanation, the deposit will not be refunded. If you need to delay your check-in, you must provide a written explanation and relevant supporting documents to the Zhongguanyuan Global Village Management Department in advance. If you fail to check in on time after successful reservation without prior explanation, the deposit will not be refunded.

III. Check-in Requirements

1. Check-in Time: Please proceed to the reception desk of Building No.1, Zhongguanyuan Global Village, to complete check-in procedures between Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and Sunday, March 1, 2026. If you need to check in earlier or later, please contact us in advance. The early/delayed period generally should not exceed 3 days before or after the registration date specified in your admission notice.

2. Relevant Requirements: Consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations, Peking University rules and regulations, and relevant management regulations of Zhongguanyuan Global Village; carefully read and sign the accommodation agreement, and strictly comply with the agreement terms; pay accommodation fees in full and on time according to the agreed time and standards; maintain good personal daily management and actively cooperate with apartment management work.
