The annual evaluation for Chinese Government Scholarship holders has begun. According to the management regulations, all international students receiving the Chinese Government Scholarship must complete and pass the annual evaluation in order to receive the scholarship for the next academic year.
The following categories of students are required to participate in the annual evaluation on time:
1. Students who plan to continue receiving the Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2025;
2. Ph.D. students who were expected to graduate in July 2025, but intend to apply for an extension of the scholarship;
3. Students who failed the 2024 annual evaluation and have been suspended from their scholarship qualification must participate in the annual evaluation if they would like to resume their scholarships.
The relevant requirements and guidelines have been sent to the emails of participating students. Please check them carefully, and complete the self-assessment (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) before May 3, 2025. Students who fail to participate in the annual evaluation without a valid reason will be excluded from the Chinese Government Scholarship onwards.
According to the relevant requirements issued by the China Scholarship Council, the school will evaluate students quantitatively on adherence to rules, academic performance, study/research attitude, and participation in activities. Please be sure to summarize and fill in the relevant contents carefully.
