一、 各类别进修留学生如需延长在北京大学学习期限，即日起可开始申请 申请办法：下载填写《延长学习申请表》，发回联系邮箱。 申请截止时间：2025年11月17日23:59 

二、 普通进修生如计划下学期转院系学习，即日起可开始申请 申请办法：下载填写《普通进修生转系申请表》，发回联系邮箱。截止时间：2025年11月17日23:59 

三、 延长转系批准结果将于12月上旬通知 

四、 请将申请表发至联系邮箱：CTC@pku.edu.cn 

五、 邮件主题：【学号+延长/转系】 请严格按照要求，否则将不予审核。

六、请同学在申请截止前提交，否则将不予审核。

七、如获得延长/转系资格，没有按时缴纳相关费用，视为放弃延长资格；后续未及时办理签证，后果需自负。

八、每位学生只能申请延长一学期（不能申请一年），每位学生在北京大学最多学习3个学期。

1.Visiting students and scholars who need to extend study period may start to apply from today. To apply: Download the extension application form, complete the form and send back to the contact email address Deadline: 23:59 on November 17, 2025.

2.General visiting students who intend to change study department may start to apply from today. To apply: Download the transfer application form, complete the form and send back to the contact email. Deadline: 23:59 on November 17, 2025.

3.The results of the extension and transfer applications will be notified in the early December.

4.Please send the application form to the email address: CTC@pku.edu.cn.

5.Email subject: [Student ID + Extension/Transfer]. Please strictly follow the requirements; otherwise, the application will not be reviewed.

6.Students are requested to submit the application before the deadline; otherwise, it will not be reviewed.

7.In case of failure to pay the relevant fees on time after obtaining the extension/transfer qualification, it shall be deemed as waiver of the extension qualification; If you fail to apply for a visa in time, you should bear the consequences.

8.Each student can only apply for an extension of one semester (not one year), and each student can study at Peking University for up to three semesters.
