Position: Administrative Executive
Department: Office of International Affairs
Full-time / Part-time: Full-time
Location: Hangzhou, China
Establish relationships with leading institutions of higher education and research worldwide by developing cooperation agreements and coordinating the process
Assist in planning and implementing daily administrative tasks of international programs
Collaborate with other offices to help solve issues related to international affairs, and interpret related regulation policies
Coordinate other required tasks within the Office of International Affairs
Strong familiarity with Westlake University, and ability to articulate the university’s excellence, our mission and goals
Detail-oriented, proactive attitude and able to work effectively within a team
Relevant computer skills for office work
Native English speaker, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Chinese highly preferred
Master’s degree or above preferred
Experience in studying and working in a multicultural environment preferred
Previous experience in administrative work at institutions of higher education preferred
