1. Introduction of SF Express
SF was established in 1993 in Shunde, Guangdong Province. Since its establishment, SF always focuses on improving its service quality, strengthening its infrastructure, vigorously developing and introducing high-tech information technologies and equipment to improve its automatic operation. Currently, SF has set up a huge network of business organizations and services both at home and abroad, involving information collection, market development, logistics distribution and express services.
While continuously enhancing its express delivery services, SF is always demand oriented to actively explore in diversified businesses. It has developed a one-stop supply chain solution for a variety of customers from sectors like e-commerce, food, health care, auto parts and electronic products. It also provides comprehensive financial services including payment, financing, assets management and insurance.
By the end of 2015, SF had developed an operating vehicle fleet at a size of about 15,000 vehicles and set up nearly 13,000 service points in Mainland of China. Adding more to that, with an all-cargo fleet of 36 self-owned aircrafts, SF has established a nation-wide flight network based in Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Meanwhile, SF has been actively expanding its international express delivery services to the U.S., Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and Mongolia.

2. Qualifications of Candidates
1)         Postgraduates graduating in 2017 or undergraduates with two years of working experience or full-time internship.
2)         HSK 4 (or equivalent), fluent in Chinese speaking, listening, reading and writing.
3)         For non-native English speakers: Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing, a high score in TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS or similar tests is preferred.
3. Vacant Positions and Position Responsibilities
Position  Responsibilities
Corporate Planning Trainee 1. Be responsible for the development of the CP management tools.
2. Assist in the completion of key reports.
3. Assist in the completion of panorama & action plans.
4. Act as the main contact person of the CP information collection.
5. Be responsible for other temporary work assigned by the department.
Operations Trainee 1. Assist in quality control of the daily operation.
2. Assist in the system improvement and optimization regarding the operating mode and process of the department.
3. Assist in developing and improving the operational management system and process.
4. Be responsible for other operational and temporary work assigned by the department.
IT R&D Trainee 1. Demand management of the international customer system.
2. Operation and maintenance management of the SFBUY system.
3. Other work as a contact person.
4. Other temporary work assigned by the department.
Human Resources Trainee 1. Assist in specific work related to human resources.
2. Support in daily work of human resources management.
3. Be responsible for other work related to human resources.
4. Be responsible for other temporary work assigned by the department.
General Affairs Trainee 1. Assist the Property and Logistics Service Team in daily management and supporting work.
2. Assist the Materials and Assets Team in daily management and supporting work.                             
3. Assist the Procurement Team in daily management and supporting work. 
4. Be responsible for other temporary work assigned by the department.
Product Management Trainee 1. Assist in the product planning, design and development.
2. Assist in the operation optimization and process improvement.
3. Assist in the product launch and promotion.
4. Be responsible for the daily management and monitoring of international products in overseas districts.
5. Be responsible for other temporary work assigned by the department.
Customer Service Operations Support Trainee 1. Monitor the quality and facilitate the improvement.
2. Conduct a business dial testing for mysterious customer experience.
3. Inspect the quality of trace orders, export the monthly report, facilitate the service quality and process improvement of the CSR.
4. Prepare monthly reports on service quality monitoring and analysis - claim analysis.
5. Be responsible for other temporary work assigned by the department.
Marketing Trainee 1. Be responsible for specific execution of precision marketing events
2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of suppliers.
3. Be responsible for the market research and customer analysis, and timely report the market information.
4. Be responsible for other temporary work assigned by the department.
Finance Trainee 1. Assist in the daily finance work of S.F. E-Parcel.
2. Assist in the sorting and optimization of the finance system.
3. Assist in the determination of the target cost and the internal settlement revenue.
4. Assist in the implementation of the finance work of the department.
5. Other temporary work arranged by the department.
